Good to know
- A signed contract and booking retainer are required to secure your date. The retainer is 20% of your package total or the cost of the required location permit, whichever amount is higher.
- Galleries are typically delivered within 2-3 weeks.
- Travel within one hour of Tulsa, Oklahoma is included. Additional travel may be subject to a travel fee.
- Some locations require permits, studio rentals, or property usage fees ranging from approximately $35-$75. Applicable fees are due at the time of booking.
- Sessions may be rescheduled at no charge with at least 48 hours notice. A $20 rescheduling fee may apply for late changes.

Are the travel expenses included in your packages or covered additionally?
Travel within one hour of Tulsa, Oklahoma is included in all session and wedding collections. Locations beyond a one-hour drive may be subject to a travel fee of $25 per additional hour of travel unless otherwise discussed during the booking process.
Do you travel for photoshoots outside of Oklahoma?
Absolutely! I am available for travel and love documenting weddings and sessions in new locations. If you're planning a destination wedding or session outside of Oklahoma, I'd love to hear more about your vision and provide a custom travel quote.
Do I need to know how to pose?
Not at all! Most of my clients tell me they're nervous about being in front of the camera, and that's completely normal. I'll guide you through poses and prompts throughout your session to help you feel comfortable, confident, and natural.
How long does it take to receive the final photos?
Typical turnaround time for portrait, couples, maternity, family, and boudoir sessions is approximately 3 to 4 weeks. Wedding galleries may require additional processing time depending on the size and scope of the event. My goal is always to deliver a beautifully curated gallery as quickly as possible while maintaining the highest quality.
